Refund policy

General Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt, packing slip, or gift receipt) is required.

Refund will be issued upon inspection of return.

 

How to Start a Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Please include original packing slip in the box.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or shipped in error.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you received free shipping with your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges may be made for size, color, or alternate product if available. We recommend contacting us in advance to ensure product availability.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Fly tying materials (feathers,marabou, opened hooks, adhesives) Tools accepted if in perfect condition.

Used or worn gear (unless covered under manufacturer’s warranty)

All clearance sales are FINAL

Management reserves all rights.

 

Defective or Warranty Items

Manufacturer defects are covered under their respective warranties. We are happy to assist in the warranty/repair process for items purchased at Idaho Angler. Waders, boots, rods, reels, and other gear will be handled according to the manufacturer’s policies.
